Parent Awareness

 
Sanford, together with Tatnall School, Tower Hill School, and Wilmington Friends School, provide parents with interesting and up to date speakers on pertinent topics.  The Parent Awareness and Community of Concern Committee also plans workshops for parents on such topics as drug and alcohol abuse and internet dangers.

Dr. Joel Fish is a sport psychologist who is also the dad of three young athletes.

He shared his clinical expertise and practical experience to help

parents develop a deeper understanding of the many issues that surround the young athlete.
